To access your Mountie Pass for the first time, you will need to know your EOU Mountie Pass email. To assist you in getting logged in successfully, please check out our guide: Accessing Mountie Pass for The First Time
Please follow these password requirements when creating your new Mountie Pass password.
If your password is not working, please follow the password reset guide to help you recover your account.
You can update your personal email address once you recover your password.
If your account is locked after too many failed login attempts, you have the following options:
Wait 15 minutes for your account to unlock and then follow the password reset guide to recover your account.
